IST Publications is an open access publisher. To cover the costs of publication, we charge an Article Processing Charge (APC) after acceptance.
Per accepted article (Indian Authors)
Authors are given sufficient time to decide whether to accept the article processing charges for publication of the manuscript in our journal. The APC is charged only after:

Authors need to agree with our Refund Policy before payment of the article processing charge.
No Refund Policy: Once the author(s) accepts the article processing charges, the respective journal initiates the production process for the revised manuscript. Therefore, no refund or cancellation will be considered after the completion of payment and final publication of the submitted manuscript.
Any kind of refund will not be issued if the author wants to withdraw/retract the paper from any IST Publications journals after completion of payment and after final publication.
IST Publications is a self-financing journal and does not receive funding from any agency or Government. The APC covers all operating expenses including:
As the journal is Open Access, there are no subscription charges. The content is freely accessible for readers on the journal website.
No, there is no fee for submitting a manuscript. You only pay the APC after your article is accepted for publication.
