Open Access Policy
IST Publications journals (IJFISER and IJFIST) are fully open access, providing immediate and unrestricted access to all published articles. All articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0), which allows readers to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of articles for any lawful purpose.
Copyright Policy
For open access articles, copyright remains with the author(s). Authors grant IST Publications exclusive publication and dissemination rights while retaining the right to share and reuse their work according to the Creative Commons license terms.
Authors are required to sign a Copyright Transfer Statement upon acceptance of their manuscript.
Peer Review Policy
IST Publications follows a rigorous double-blind peer review process. All submitted manuscripts undergo initial editorial screening followed by external review by at least two independent experts in the field.
- Authors and reviewers remain anonymous throughout the review process
- Reviewers are required to disclose any potential conflicts of interest
- All review decisions are based on scientific merit, originality, and relevance
Publication Ethics
As a member of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE), IST Publications is committed to maintaining the highest standards of publication ethics. We follow COPE guidelines for handling cases of:
- Plagiarism and self-plagiarism
- Data fabrication or falsification
- Authorship disputes
- Conflicts of interest
- Research misconduct
Privacy Policy
IST Publications respects the privacy of all users. Personal information collected during manuscript submission, peer review, or website registration is used solely for the purposes of journal operations and communication with authors and reviewers.
We do not share, sell, or rent personal information to third parties except as required by law or as necessary for the publication process.
Correction and Retraction Policy
IST Publications follows established guidelines for handling corrections, expressions of concern, and retractions:
- Erratum: Published to correct errors that significantly affect the article's content or the authors' reputations
- Corrigendum: Published to correct author errors that may impact interpretation of data
- Retraction: Issued when an article contains seriously flawed data or research misconduct is confirmed
